2.At some companies,when new employees join the company,they are mentored or trained by one of their coworkers.Mentoring is typically associated with a senior employee(a worker who has been at a company for a long time)training and guiding a younger employee.However,at some companies,especially those that use new technology,younger employees sometimes mentor senior employees.Do you agree or disagree that it is beneficial for younger employees to mentor senior employees?Why or why not?

审题重点：这题题干比较简单，同样是对比年轻人or老年人，话题是谁去旅游更好？同样建议结合二者的区别来讲。

审题重点：这题依然是三选一，但是题目有明显的目的「改变生活习惯变得更健康」，所以后面一定要围绕这个目的来展开论证哦~
