一. Abstract

写再长也没用，应该重点突出这篇文章研究了什么，做了什么以及发现了什么。

(主题+方法+结论)

This paper examines the effects of ... on ... based on panel data of ... from ... to ....

This study find that xxx has a significantly negative effect on xxx.

Further analysis shows that the effect of xxx on xxx is strengthened when ...

We also find that better ... are more capable of ...

二. Introduction

不要偏离重心，重点突出研究动机，为什么做这个研究。

A challenging problem which arises in this domain is ...

One approach to solve this problem involves the use of ...

One way to investigate ... was to ...

三. Literature Review

与本文主题密切相关，本文出现过的理论，都要囊括在文献综述里进行讨论。

This section reviews the literature related to ...

Theoretically, there are several reasons how xxx can affect xxx.

The theoretical foundation between xxx and xxx was laid out in Author (1xxx).

四. Methodology

逻辑清晰。从哪里收集的数据，为什么这样收集。

This study analysed the data collected from ...

For this purpose, the present study employ survey data collected from

The quality can be enhanced by providing additional data for ...

分析的数据为什么要这么分析。

It used an established technique, namely ..., to analyse ...

Statistical analyses was performed by using the ... applying a signficance level of ...

五. Results

简单明了。解读研究结果，直接用findings或results来做主语。

Finding from this study on ... at least hint that ...

The results demonstrate two thins. First, .... Second, ...

Extensive results carried out show that this method improves ...

六. Discussion

保持中立。从多个角度讨论研究结果，让本文更有深度。

Contrary to the finding of ... we did not find ...

A popular explanation of ... is that ...

This has been used to successfully account for ...

This may raise concerns about ... which can be addressed by ...

七. Conclusion

重温文章结构，总结做了哪些工作，主要的研究发现以及对现实的启示。

This is an important finding in the understanding of the ...

These findings provide a potential mechanism for ...

Citation格式：注意in text citation和footnotes在不同格式下的区别，长的引用要格外分段

Quotations：单引号和双引号

字数统计：Word选手们记得不勾选包含脚注

章节编号：正文部分编号，章节标题按需加粗或大字体

List of Contents：Word可以在引用工具栏里直接生成自带连接的目录，内容有改动提交前记得再更新一次目录

List of Abbreviations：记得最后检查是不是所有的缩写都加进去了

排版：字体/字号/行距 /对齐/边距/每个章节重启段

封面：把学校要求的信息都囊括进去，页码通常从封面后面一页开始

页码和页眉

转格式、检查文件名：各学校的格式要求可能不完全一样
